The Standard 120-Hour Online Teacher Training Program includes the 120-hour online TEFL course, our self-study mentorship course to offer more flexibility and a reduced cost, teaching resources, and lifetime support.
Our 120-hour Online TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) course will provide you with the theoretical teaching skills and internationally recognized certificate required to teach English online or abroad as an employee or freelancer. You will learn how to teach a new language and grammar, as well as speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills to speakers of other languages.

ADVANCED 150HR ONLINE TEACHERS PACKAGE - R5750
The Advanced 150-Hour Online Teacher Training Program includes the 120-hour online TEFL course, practical teacher training, career mentorship, interview coaching, teaching resources, and lifetime support. Our 30-hour Online Teaching Practicum will provide you with the opportunity to practice the theoretical teaching skills learned in your TEFL/TESOL course in a safe, supportive environment. After completing a self-study preparatory online course, you will teach 8 x 1-hour online lessons using Zoom through our partner school. You will receive full training in how to prepare for these lessons and a teacher trainer will observe all of your lessons to provide support during the lesson and feedback after.

To make this the ultimate package for standing out in the TEFL job market, we’ve also bundled three high-demand specialist courses:   

30-Hour IELTS Exam Preparation Course — Gain expert skills to guide students toward success in the IELTS test, covering all four modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking), test strategies, and targeted lesson planning.  

60-Hour Cambridge Exam Preparation Course — Dive deep into preparing learners for Cambridge English exams (such as FCE, CAE, and others), including exam formats, task types, effective practice activities, and techniques to help students achieve their target scores.  

30-Hour Business English Course — Learn to teach professional English in corporate settings, with focus on business vocabulary, formal communication, presentations, negotiations, emails, and workplace scenarios.

This is the ultimate package, which includes everything you need after your core course to gain practical experience, specialize in high-paying niches (exam prep and business), and access job placement assistance.  The 30-hour practicum component provides EFL teachers with a highly-scaffolded practical learning experience. During the practicum, you will: observe six EFL teachers in both classroom and online settings using a specially-designed observation form; reflect on these observations, emphasizing the skills/tools/characteristics you’d like to develop in your own teaching practice; personally meet with your practicum coach to plan your first online lesson; teach a total of ten 30-minute lessons to a mix of ages and levels; reflect on each teaching experience, allowing for continuous improvement; receive professional feedback from your practicum coach, who will view and comment on one of your lessons; develop a personal learning program going forward.  The practicum component—combined with these specialist courses—is your entry point into the exciting TEFL profession and will provide you with the confidence, specialised expertise, and real-world experience you need to expertly begin (and advance) your TEFL career.

TEFL Course Inclusions:

Career Mentorship
After completing your TEFL or TESOL course, what do you do next? How do you use that certificate to earn a living teaching English online? These, and many other questions, are answered in our live, guided mentorship program.
During this 3-week/10-hour program, we will meet twice per week on Zoom in small groups where your mentor will work with you through a structured program to address every step of launching your new online teaching career. From resume and introduction video preparation to interview practice and private student conversion and retention, you will have all the tools and skills you need to succeed.
Specialist Courses
You will also have access to both of our 30-hour Teach IELTS and 60-hour Cambridge exam preparation course. You will also be given our 30-hour Business English course These exams are taken by millions ESL students every year for emigration, job application, or university entrance purposes. Specializing in IELTS & Cambridge will help you get more students and earn more per hour in the lucrative exam preparation niche market as a freelancer. Teaching business English is one of the most common lessons adult students take. These courses are designed as a resource for you to come back to again and again so you will have lifetime access and you will learn how these exams are structured, what is required of the test-taker in each part of the exam, how the exams are graded, and strategies on how best to prepare your students.

Teaching Resources
We also host an ever-growing resource library on our website where you can find 100s of done-for-you lesson plans on every topic for every level. These lesson plans are specific for online teaching and are 100% customizable. We also include free training videos on topics like using Zoom for teaching, Google Sheets, and other online tools commonly used by teachers. There are also links to other paid and free resources.
Lifetime Support
Where we really stand out from other teacher training organizations is our support structure. During this program, you will have access to your mentor and our support staff through a dedicated WhatsApp group between each session for the 3-week period. After the program, you will move to our main WhatsApp support group with 100s of our previous graduates, our course managers, your mentor, and recruiters. We regularly offer live training sessions on topics related to ESL teaching and host monthly live Q and A sessions where you can ask us or your fellow online teachers any questions you may have.
